Well we stopped 3 nights in Honfleur Lovely place On Saturday there was a humungous market and we walked and walked looking for the Boulanger Eventually we found one but my God was it a tad crusty. Then we came across a supermarket so bought 2 softer French Sticks. The fish on the way back enjoyed the crusty one!!!! Sunday saw it raining but we ventured out to the antiques fair (glorified car boot) and got completely soaked on the way back. So out came the wine and on went the heating.
We moved to Fecamp today. Very nice seaside port. I bet it is packed in the summer. We did our daily 3 miles, actually today was 3.5 miles The beach is nothing but pebbles and there were some people swimming in the sea. OMG now I know it was sunny but far from beach weather let alone swimming in the sea. Oh the bells.. the bells... they ring out LOUDLY..... but we had date night... At McDonalds....YUK.. but the free internet was good and I updated and down loaded my Kindle... so all was good... but those bloody bells and the lorries leaving at 4am....
We are booked on the train for Saturday. So heading back up the coast. Poppy is booked in Thursday at the vets so she can have her tablets and passport stamped to allow her back into Blighty Just hoping that the trouble at Calais is not going to have an effect on us but we will see. Stopping Friday night away from Calais so hopefully no additional passengers on our bus Tommorrow we will be heading up the coast but not sure where yet
